The role

The Director of Sales & Broker Relations will be responsible for leading a successful sales team, managing a direct and indirect team, leveraging centralized lead-gen resources (inbound and outbound). This leader will oversee key international, however localized sales and marketing acitivities targeted at driving sales of our locations and related products and increasing presence in all cities. The Director will create and drive innovative scalable solutions including data management and sales processes to achieve team goals. Together with the Head of Marketing, the Director will implement sales expertise into new campaigns, (broker) events and product mixes.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage revenue, sales targets and other KPI’s for the existing and growing portfolio, working closely with the CEO and CTO
  • Successfully hire, train and manage the growing sales team
  • Define key sales & marketing strategies, budgets required to deliver and drive successful execution to achieve results
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions including data management and sales processes to achieve team goals (e.g. hubspot, AI, and other software solutions)
  • Own the inbound and outbound sales process for all locations: lead generation, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity indentification
  • Personally take the lead on larget sales opportunities for all locations, successfully colleborate with cross functional teams
  • Actively lead the optimization of the building-level sales process through information of the sharing, training, goal setting, management of the sales pipeline and key KPI’s in partnership with the all Community Managers
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments (community, operations, legal, finance) to customize offerings and contractual agreements to larger clients
  • Lead and maintain regular communication cadence with the wider infinitSapce organization to communicate best practices and share learnings
  • Lead and drive towards 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour goals and support of in-building sales
  • Measurably increase the locations presences in existing and new cities, and ensure that all sales and marketing activities are executed following brand standards
  • Maintain close relationships with brokers and continuously search for new partnerships.

 

Qualifications

  • Higher education
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales management in B2B companies
  • Experience working in high-growth and/or early stage companies
  • Expert in presentations, analytical, time management, process definition
  • Experience managing and inspiring remote international teams and delivering exceptional results
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and process driven
  • Highly adaptable and excited to work in a fast-paced environment where the rules are being defined during execution
  • Extremely collaborative and great with people; creating relationships quickly with colleagues as well as with external partners
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Experience with sales on an international level (at least United Kingdom and mainland Europe)
